Refund & Cancellation Policy 

At UTSA TRAVELS, we aim to provide flexible and transparent booking policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

1. Cancellations

  • Local Rides: Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.

  • Airport & Railway Transfers: Cancellations made at least 4 hours before pickup time are free of charge.

  • Outstation Trips: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the trip start time are free of charge.

 

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made after the above time limits may incur a nominal cancellation fee.

  • In case of a no-show (passenger not present at pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled time), the booking will be considered cancelled and may be charged in full.

 

3. Refunds

  • If you have made a prepaid booking and cancel within the free cancellation period, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For late cancellations, the refund amount (if any) will be adjusted after deducting applicable fees.

 

4. Ride Cancellations by the Company

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to driver unavailability, vehicle breakdown, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for prepaid bookings, or we will offer an alternative ride option.

 

5. Modifications to Bookings

If you wish to change your pickup time, date, or destination, please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the fare.
